WallHanging Calendar

This is my hanging calendar made completely with Stmapin Up Products. I had alot of fun creating this one. If you are interested in the files for this, watch my blog as I am creating a tutorial and files which you will be able to purchase for 9.95.







This page goes on the back of the pocket pages and it says Birthdays Anniversaries and Reminders which is great for keeping track of alot of different events












This shows the calendar opened up in hanging position. the gridded calendar has a pocket at the bottom to hold those bills as they come in so they don't get lost in the shuffle of everyday life. This calendar was made from the 6x6 tablets that Stampin up has had out both last season to be purchased for 9.99 or as a hostess gift. But you can also have a class with these getting 4 calendars from one Pkg of DSP paper, so watch for my posting of the files being ready. It will take paypal to purchase these.

On a roll....Recipe Accordion Box

Today I made an accordion box that Tricia's expanding memories from her show yesterday on Craft TV weekly.

Supplies used all from Stampin Up.
East Coast DSP, silver hodge podge hardware, pretties kit, simple serif alphabet, real red paper and basic black paper, wide red grograin ribbon.

Happy Holiday Quickie

Here is one using Lovely as a Tree that is another quick card and elegant looking. One thing I do is when making cards, I use sizes that will fit into stampin up's envelopes so I have a source that I can get as many as I can whenever I want. This cardstock is 6-1/2 x 6-1/2, scored and folded at 6 3/8, then I took a piece of wild wassabi 6-1/2 x 3 1/4 and put it on the inside making the green go down the outside of the card. Using the Lovely as a tree stamp, stamped the tree in the center more towards the top, using glue pen and dazzling diamonds glitter, highlighting the branches. Then with Many Merry Messages, stamped Happy Holidays under the tree and with Wild Wassabi striped ribbon on the side, Just love this. I know wild Wassabi will be retiring in August, so guess I need to stock up on it so I can make more of these for my cards.

Fresh Cut Christmas

Here a class I did on July 4th. They used their own stamps and notes then I charged 10.00 for the class and provided everything else. We started with the bag so as they were made they had a place to put them.

Some of these were cased from various blogs, great cards.






Just love the way this one came out, will make great Christmas cards and less than 5 minutes

New addition to the family

OK, been a long time since I have posted anything, been busy with this that and the other things in life , really, there is no excuse I have been playing, just not remembering to post. I did become a grandma of g'daughter #3 on May 23rd, we now have little Zoe Camille in our lives.
This is grammy (me) and little Zoe, just minutes old, she is beautiful.




And b/4 she was born, I was at a retreat with a scrap store from Reno Nevada, which is a back door to my little town on Portola, CA. We had a blast, got all our meals cooked for us and even had s'mores, which I have not had in years. It was a nice time 48 hours of scrapping our little hears out, am watching for the post of the one in October, at least that is the plan, but with the economy, ya never know w hat will happen.

Wedding Album

Now for my Project......I have been making an album as a gift for a wedding present, now this is not your normal album, it is made of (40) 6-1/2 x 9-1/2 white envies and the case is made from chipboard, now I can;t really tell you all the measurements, it is a trial and error project. I have been looking for the original project to give credit, and i am sorry I can't find it, all I remember is t hat is was small as I made a small one and used it as my day by day diary of my trip to New York, t hen got the idea to make it considerably bigger and use it as a wedding album. SO I guess I should post some pics so you all can see what I am talking about. The decoration on the front of this album was inspired by a card that Mary Jo Williams did, I took her design and made it work for the wedding invites, so put it on the front to act as a dual decoration. It has a photo turn to hold it closed. Kinda hard to see in the pic.
